Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This promotion is run by Tectrax New Zealand, 5 Te Apunga Place, Mt Wellington, Auckland 1060, New Zealand.

2. Eligibility

The promotion is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of Tectrax, ZeroJet and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry Period

The promotion opens at 6:00pm NZST on Monday 20 July 2026 and closes at 6:00pm NZST on Wednesday 12 August 2026. Entries received outside of this period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete all of the following on the official Tectrax Instagram or Facebook giveaway post during the entry period:

  • Like the post.

  • Follow the official Tectrax account.

  • Tag three friends in the comments.

Bonus entry: Share the post to your Instagram or Facebook stories during the entry period.

5. Prize

One winner will see:

  • x4 general admission tickets to NZ Boat, Fish & Dive Expo (valued at $25 each, $100 total), Mystery Creek Events Centre, Hamilton, 29-30 August 2026.

  • A Tectrax merch pack for the winner and three guests.

The prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged for an alternative prize. Tickets are valid for the NZ Boat, Fish & Dive Expo on 29-30 August 2026 only.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the closing date and time. The winner will be announced on the Tectrax Instagram and Facebook accounts and contacted via direct message. The winner must respond within 48 hours of being contacted or an alternative winner may be selected.

7. Prize Collection

The merch pack can be collected from the Tectrax stand (Stand F) at NZ Boat, Fish & Dive Expo, Mystery Creek, Hamilton on 29-30 August 2026. Alternative arrangements can be made if required - please contact the Tectrax team directly.

8. Privacy & Content Use

Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be used solely for the purposes of administering the promotion and will not be shared with third parties without consent, in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

9. Platform Disclaimer

10. General

Tectrax reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel this promotion at any time if circumstances beyond its control arise. The promoter's decision on all matters relating to the promotion is final.
