It's a simple, reliable design that keeps voltage well below the threshold for electrical shock, providing a layer of safety that allows you to launch and retrieve with absolute confidence, every time.

This is about true freedom and convenience. The Boat-Launcher by Tectrax™ is operated by a wireless remote controller that works within a 500m radius, as long as you have a line of sight. This means you can launch and retrieve your boat from on board or on the shore.
No Tow Vehicle Required

A: The design of the Boat-Launcher by Tectrax™ has been updated to lower the boat by at least 250mm compared to the prototype. This is achieved through raised wheel/drive assemblies and re-contoured frame rails. While it won't sit as low as a standard trailer, the system's design keeps shallow launching and retrieval practical and ensures a smooth transition between land and water.

A: Yes, the Boat-Launcher by Tectrax™ uses snubbing blocks to guide and straighten the bow, ensuring a firm and accurate final capture every time you retrieve your boat.

A: Yes, guide pole options are available for the Boat-Launcher by Tectrax™. For extra convenience, an auto bow connector with a cord release is also offered, so you don’t need to get off your boat to secure it.

A: The dual front wheels on the Boat-Launcher by Tectrax™ are standard and work well in sand. Tracks could come as standard on the heavy-duty version and could be added to the standard version later for an additional cost, we are testing options during 2025.

A: The Boat-Launcher by Tectrax™ has an approximate operational range of 8 km, depending on the load and terrain. It charges via a standard household plug with a fast charger. Remote charging is not available.

A: Solar isn’t an option for the Boat-Launcher by Tectrax™ due to a lack of space for panels. It is designed to be charged via a standard 3-pin household plug with a fast charger. For storage, batteries should be kept between 60–80% charge.

Maintenance & Safety

They have been salt-spray tested and proven in service for over six years. An integrated washdown system can also be added for extra peace of mind.
